We are baking from my kitchen in East Sheen for local (including Mortlake, Kew, Putney, Barnes, Richmond)
lovers of great bread and baked goodies.
Everything is made by hand using the best quality ingredients, British flour, organic whenever possible.
I have won awards for my sourdoughs, every year since 2017 at the World Bread Awards.
I run small breadclasses showing you how you can make wonderful yeasted and sourdough bread too.
